Each garment is made after you order, then packed and sent to your delivery address.

Where we deliver

Our initial collection ships within the United States. Available destinations, shipping charges and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Standard US shipping is free on every order, including orders with more than one garment. Any applicable tax and the final total are shown at checkout before you pay.

Production comes before transit

Your delivery time includes both making your clothing and the carrier’s journey to you. Timing varies by garment, destination and production workload. Any delivery estimate is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. An order with several items may arrive in separate packages.

Following your order

Keep the private order-status link shown after checkout. It shows order progress and tracking when available. A tracking number may appear before the carrier receives the package.

Addresses and delivery problems

Check your address, apartment number and contact details before paying. If something is wrong, email us immediately. Changes may not be possible once fulfillment starts. Reshipping because of an incorrect address or an unclaimed package may involve an additional charge, which we will explain before arranging it.

If your package is late or missing, contact us promptly so we can investigate. Please see our returns page for reporting timeframes and help with damaged items.
