Signup tree terms

We are not currently accepting new signup tree commitments. Any commitment already earned through a valid confirmation still stands.

How a signup qualifies

When an offer is available, use the Botanica form displaying it, choose your email topics, and agree to optional Botanica marketing emails. If your new email address is eligible, your confirmation email will say that a tree offer is reserved. Confirm within 24 hours of your signup request, before the absolute UTC deadline shown in the email, to earn the commitment. Delivery delays do not extend the deadline. An unconfirmed signup does not earn a tree. Existing subscribers, duplicate addresses and previously rewarded addresses are not eligible. A new offer is subject to available daily and total places.

Daily places limit new reservations, rather than when trees are funded or physically planted. A reservation uses a place until it is confirmed, cancelled or expires. Cancelling or expiring an unearned reservation releases its place. An earned commitment continues to count toward the total cap. We do not require you to stay subscribed after earning it.

What we commit to

After a qualifying confirmation, we fund the planting of one tree. This supports future planting; it does not mean a tree is physically planted when you sign up. No purchase is required. The signup commitment is separate from the tree commitment for each paid merchandise item. You may unsubscribe immediately or later without cancelling an earned tree commitment. There is no cash alternative.

Your information and choices

We use your email and chosen topics for the updates you request. We do not sell our subscriber list. Your contact details are not sent to the tree provider. We keep a limited keyed digest and funding record to honor commitments and prevent repeat rewards; this is not necessarily anonymous information. You can stop emails using any marketing email’s unsubscribe link, or contact [email protected] for help. We may close new signup offers; previously earned commitments remain valid.
